  • Introductory meeting to understand what launching a legacy could look like for you. We'll help you define the project scope, roles, timeline and budget. And of course, brainstorm how to make your launch one to remember. 

    DURATION: 1-2hrs 

  • To get started, we take your vision and put it into a written, structured plan. Working backwards from your end goal, we craft a step-by-step plan to get there. You'll receive a digital, high-level launch plan with a timeline and to-do list. The plan covers indicative roles and responsibilities with any vendors or partners we may need along the way.

     

    You will also receive a list of strategic recommendations you should consider implementing in order to achieve an optimal outcome.

     

    Even with perfect plans, things beyond our control can result in shit hitting the fan (think delays or unexpected quality issues). Lucky for you, this isn't our first rodeo. We've got your back by identifying risks along the way. We'll either proactively work to avoid them or build contingencies to keep things smooth. 

    DURATION: 1 week

  • This is the time to prep internal capabilities of the business to meet the needs of the launch - and to match the brand experience you want to keep delivering after it. In this phase you can turn to us for launch leadership, project management & hands-on support with marketing foundations.

     

    Our goal is to free up your (and your team's) time for more high-impact decisions whilst keeping the ball rolling.

     

    The best part? You can streamline all launch communication to one person and maintain full transparency with weekly progress reports.

  • Content is king, which is why we use it to strategically create hype and demand even before the go-live. Planning content is a fun and creative process of finding inspiration, brainstorming ideas, and putting it all together into deliberate sequence to maximize interest and engagement (1 day workshop). 

     

    This phase also includes a brand awareness plan utilizing influencer marketing, user -generated content (UGC), press and media appearances etc. 

     

    For in-house content, we'll follow up with shot lists, location scouting, and actual shoot days, creating high quality content that feels authentic and tells a story worth listening. Depending on the project and budget, we'll work with a range of photographers, videographers, and content creators to create a bank of content that is scheduled for release. We are also available to capture BTS content during these shoots. 

    Note that some of this content might be also created during the next two phases of the launch. 

    DURATION: 1-4 weeks (during BUILD)

  • Did you know that your audience has the patience to actively wait for something new approximately 1-3 weeks - otherwise they lose interest? That's why your soft-launch and presales period should be short and sweet. The best way to create hype is to take your target audience along the launch journey with you. That's why Behind-the-Scenes content is an integral part of the launch process. This is the time to engage with your community and give them exclusive access for what's to come. 

     

    DURATION: 1-3 weeks 

  • Time to show the world what you've got! Your go-live can be a virtual webinar or a full-scale black tie gala. Whatever floats your boat and elevates your brand. We'll make this the event of the season!

  • Launches are incredibly exciting but intense. Let's take a final moment to reflect on our collaboration and take a look at what we've accomplished along the way. We will review the project, evaluate further collaborations, and of course, listen to your feedback.

  • What is a Launch Strategist? What do I gain from hiring one?
    A Launch Strategist or a Launch Co-pilot is a right hand for founders and investors during the launch of a brand/product/service or expansion to a new market. They understand the go-to-market process and are experienced in leading & managing launch projects from vision to reality. They serve as a project manager, taking care of the heavy lifting, freeing up your (and your team's) time for more high-impact decisions like business development. A Launch Strategist is essential when you want to avoid expensive risks associated with poor planning and execution.
  • Do you work with specific industries or types of companies?
    Our focus is on D2C/B2C brands in the wellness and luxury space (both product & service). But we've also worked with real estate, athletics, aesthetic clinics, virtual production, equestrian world and beauty. The common denominator is premium brands that understand the power of marketing and happy customers. These brands also value aesthetics. Due to the level of commitment and investment required for launching a legacy, we don't usually work with startups or solopreneurs without investor backing.
  • Where are you located?
    Nelli is based in Helsinki, Finland, but serves founders and investors globally. We have worked on launches across three continents. Her sweet spot and best market knowledge is in the Nordics and the United States. Most launches can be managed remotely, but if you require on-site support e.g. for building a brick & mortar, we are more than happy to travel to you.
  • What does a launch project cost?
    Launch projects start from €3,500.00 (+VAT). Fees are determined by the scope and length of the BUILD phase. This can range from a few weeks to several months, depending on your needs. Examples of pricing: 8 week launch support €6,400.00 + VAT 6 month launch support €18,500.00 + VAT Projects are charged 50% upon signing, and 50% upon completion. If collaboration continues for multiple months, projects are charged monthly.
  • I'm a founder, when do I need a Launch Strategist?
    If you're planning a go-to-market with significant investments and strict deadlines, you'll want someone to help you avoid all the pitfalls associated with poorly planned and executed launches. You will also have access to invaluable support and sparring throughout the process. You might also want to hire a Launch Strategist if you need to keep your team focused on operative work to keep cash flow going.
  • I'm an investor / in private equity, can I get support for my portfolio company?
    Absolutely. We understand the importance of portfolio management - capitalizing on your investments with your value creation plan (VCP). If your plan includes market expansion or an entirely new launch involving significant investments and strict deadlines, you'll want someone to help you avoid all the pitfalls associated with poorly planned and executed launches.
